TÜBİTAK 2214-A Yurt Dışı Doktora Sırası Araştırma Burs Programından destek alan Doktora Öğrencimiz Tuğçe ŞENTÜRK KIRMIZITAŞ


Moleküler Biyoloji ve Genetik Bölümü’nden 100/2000 Doktora öğrencisi Tuğçe ŞENTÜRK KIRMIZITAŞ, Prof.Dr. Tuba GÜNEL’in danışmanlığında, TÜBİTAK 2214-A Yurt Dışı Doktora Sırası Araştırma Burs Programı kapsamında, “Over Kanseri Tespiti için Dolaşımdaki Tümör DNA'sı ile Metilasyon Analizi" başlıklı proje ile desteklenmeye hak kazanmıştır.

Proje kapsamında kadın yumurtalık (over) kanserinin tespitinde kullanılabilecek, ctDNA'daki farklı şekilde metillenmiş bölgelerin (DMR'ler), hücresiz metillenmiş DNA immünopresipitasyonu ve yeni nesil dizileme (cfMeDIP-seq) ile tanımlanmasını amaçlanmaktadır. Proje Tuğçe ŞENTÜRK KIRMIZITAŞ'ın doktora tezi ile ilişkili olup Amerikada, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, Tümör Biyolojisi Departmanında Dr. Liang Wang ve ekibi ile yürütülecektir.
