Environmental Biology and Ecology Program
Environmental Biology and Ecology Program
Human beings live with all the subjects of Ecology Science all their life. Various environmental problems such as decrease in natural resources, global warming, and pollution and depending on them increase of the diseases, floods, landslides, forest fires, drought show that degree of the environmental problems cannot be ignored any more. Taking advantage of ecological principles is the best way to solve ecological problems at the global level. The effective use of this solution depends on the detailed transfer of the bases and principles of Environmental Biology and Ecology to new generations. In this context, conducting studies in the field of environmental biology and ecology will contribute to the training of scientists in this field. The aim of the Environmental Biology and Ecology Program is to prepare researchers and professional scientists who can develop recommendations and ecological solutions for the environmental problems. The program includes scientists who will conduct thesis on heavy metal pollution in soil and plants, the diversity of freshwater fish, freshwater ostracods and macro benthic invertebrates of the base. The Environmental Biology and Ecology Program provides graduate education at the Master's level, and those who complete the program receive a Master's Degree in Environmental Biology and Ecology.
