Architecture and Regeneration of the Built Environment

Architecture and Regeneration of the Built Environment (MSc)
Due to the interdisciplinary nature of the architectural practice, architects are always in contact with engineering branches. This interaction starts from the design phase and continues in the application and later in operation stages. The vision of our graduate program is to establish the link between architecture and engineering through building systems, conservation of historical environments, and architectural design, which are the sub-components of architecture.
The primary mission of our graduate program is to train professionals and academicians who carry out interdisciplinary studies on a local and global scale and raise the local architectural environment to a universal level. Specifically, it is our mission to create a rich academic environment with the academic staff specialized in both architecture and engineering, aiming to establish an architecture-engineering relationship.
The program aims to educate professionals who can both construct the relationship between the sub-branches of architecture such as building systems, conservation of historical environments, and architectural design and design the whole system effectively by considering the architectural engineering perspective.
